Firstly, I love this plugin, great job!
One issue though: Everything is fine when someone makes a 'Pay on Arrival', all the emails come through nicely filled out.
If someone does the 'Pay on PayPal (instant booking)' option, however, and pays through PayPal the email comes through as:
